ABOUT THE FOUNDER
PathoVacs was founded by Dr. Manohar John, MD, PhD, a leading expert in microbiology and molecular biology. Dr. John completed his medical degree in India before earning his doctorate in the United States.
After postdoctoral training and serving as faculty at the Division of Infectious Diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Department of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, he transitioned into the biotech industry.
As a Scientific Director, Dr. John spearheaded efforts in cancer and infectious disease biomarker discovery for a publicly traded biotech company. His groundbreaking research has earned him numerous state and federal grants, and he holds multiple patents in vaccine discovery and infectious disease research.
